In 2026, I was invited to participate in Bosbucht Festival as part of the visual design team, collaborating with Fabi Artan and Chriselr Beck from Fiction Factory Berlin.
Our challenge was to integrate a large LED screen into the dance floor while preserving the dark, immersive atmosphere of a techno environment. Rather than relying solely on the screen as the main visual element, we developed a unified audiovisual system where video, lighting, and lasers worked together as a single composition.
To extend the visuals beyond the main display, we designed a series of transparent, low-resolution LED columns positioned throughout the space. These acted as volumetric light sculptures, expanding the visual content into the architecture instead of functioning as conventional screens.
All visual content was designed and generated in real time using TouchDesigner. The same system also controlled the laser show, allowing visuals, lighting, and lasers to remain fully synchronized and react together as one cohesive performance throughout the event.
